The following documents must be prepared by Indian nationals in case of Mozambique visa:

• Valid Indian passport - A passport with a minimum of six months validity, and two blank visa pages.
• Finished visa application form - This is available online or through the embassy, duly filled and signed.
• Passport-size photographs - Two recent photographs, 35x45 mm, on a white background.
• Confirmed return/onward ticket - That is required to show intent to leave Mozambique during the allowed stay.
• Evidence of accommodation - Hotel reservation or invitation letter of a host in Mozambique.
• Monetary evidence - Latest bank statements or demonstration of adequacy to last the whole length of stay.
• Travel insurance - Accidental illnesses and interruptions of the trip (recommended).
• Yellow Fever vaccination certificate - All foreign arrivals and transits through a Yellow Fever prone country, such as India in the majority of cases, are required to have this certificate.
• Receipt of payment of visa fee - Evidence of paid online or at the embassy.
• Additional documents can be requested depending on the type of visa (business, student, transit, etc.) including invitation letters, conference information, or job offers.
