Indian citizens should obtain a visa to travel to Israel because Indians have no visa-free access to Israel. In Israel, since early 2025, the ETA-IL (Electronic Travel Authorization) system has been implemented on the citizens of a country without a visa (religious), yet an Indian passport holder still needs a tourist visa (B2) or business visa in advance. Necessary visa application and entry documents include:

• A valid Indian passport, with a minimum of nine months remaining to the date of application of the visa.
• Recent passport photos of regular Israeli visa photo requirements.
• Application form of visas filled (done online or through designated visa service centers).
• Authenticated outbound or reentry tickets that indicate your intended departure out of Israel during the validity of your visa.
• Evidence of accommodation - hotel reservation or invitation letter of Israeli nationals.
• Bank statements or financial documents that indicate you are able to uphold your stay.
• Evidence of employment or income e.g. payslips and income tax returns.
• Medical emergency travel insurance in the event of a medical emergency during your visit (recommended).
• Filled health declaration and security clearance where necessary.
• Receiving application fee (depending on the visa type).
